Greg is the type of plumber that once you find him, you hold on to his information and hope he doesn't retire anytime soon! Sort of like a good mechanic or dentist... I recently had a corroded shut-off valve literally come off in my hand when I went to shut it off. Immediately the entire water pressure in my house was dumping into my upstairs bathroom and dripped down into my lower level. I called Greg, and without missing a beat, he made my situation a priority since I had to shut off the water to the whole house after that happened. This is actually the second "event" I experienced in which Greg responded quickly and solved the problem, changing out an outside sump pump that was literally standing between whether I got water in my lower level or having it stay dry. I cannot stress how much I appreciate his expertise and service. I would recommend Greg to my family, friends, and co-workers in a heartbeat!
